Animated Tokens Only Working When Clicking or Scrolling on Some Pages

So I purchased two sets of animated tokens. They show animation in the thumbnail and when I drop them into the VTT they all play for a second then stop. but will play for a second if I am moving them or clicking in a random part of the map. I tried pausing animation then starting it again, disabling animations then enabling them. Some pages the animation works on, others it does not. Disabling dynamic lighting does not seem to make a difference. Any suggestions? 

Compared the settings of the pages that do work, I don't see any difference. Thought maybe it was a size of map, but honestly the map that is the largest with the most tokens is the one that is working. The animations also move for a brief second when moving a token on the map. Its like any time you interact with the map it will move for a second. 

Okay I figured out that the maps with animated backgrounds are the ones that are not working. So it has to do with a compatibility issue with VTT Enhancement Suite. I will have to post over there as Roll20 does not support it.
