[LFP] [D&D5E] [Tipping the GM encouraged] [3-6 players] [Selection of homebrew campaigns available] [Flexible schedule except Sunday & Monday]

I have been running and playing dnd and other roleplaying/tabletop games for 36 years. I've been part of the development team for 2 different entire gaming systems and had a campaign I played and ran in published in the game system "Wayfarers". I prefer homebrew games with a heavy inclusion of player character stories entwined into the backbone of the main plot. It would be appreciated if players could tip the gm after every session via paypal, however this is not the driver for participation nor will it affect any content presented. My goal is for everyone in the group (including myself) to have fun. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. If you have a group already or would like to be part of one please contact me here or at my Discord handle Rasfrasen. I would like to start the game at the first part of the new year, again timetables and scheduling are flexible. I look forward to hearing from you!
Custom Campaign examples: a 3 campaign series spanning generations "Beginnings" Back when this world began there was only a very large valley where the gods placed the elder races. It is bordered by sharp cliffs on the east and west sides and a mighty river runs through the center of this over-sized valley. A waterfall emerges from the cliffs on both sides and flows down into the central river. Where the rivers meet near the center of the valley lies a single city of mixed races. Other villages of mostly single races dot the rest of the valley and some into the cliff walls themselves. At the top of the cliffs and at the North and South ends is a fog. No one that has gone into the fog has ever returned. It is forbidden to enter the fog. It is the way things are and have always been. The eastern dwarves have gone silent. No one in the city has heard from them for some time, and now the water that comes from the easter cliffs is turning foul. The group will be the envoy/scouts that go to the easter cliffs and see whats happening to the river and whats become of the dwarves. restrictions:no humans or half human races, most of the "monster" races are still primitive and not playable (case by case) time:simplest and fastest campaign probably going only a couple months if we don't play with back story development (like a module) content:boiled down...its a bug hunt "The Glass Dragon" The valley of "Beginnings" has faded into myth and legend, lost, forever? The elder races have divided and spread across the land. The more primitive races have advanced and become powers of their own with the passage of time. Far to the south of one of the great forests nasty things have began to happen. Rumors of death that creeps across the land consuming everything in its path have become common. Cries have come from the scattered folk that live in the south for help. A great sage lives in the northeast in a place called the Thorn Wood. Some say he can help, others say he is a demon from another world. The group can go south and search out the rumored trouble themselves, or trust that the rumors are really as bad as they say and head to the sage to try to get answers. restrictions: no humans or half humans time: 2 to 3 part campaign depending on the choices made by the group. 4 to 6 months probably content: some mystery, some storyline drama (npc's die), end of a world references, and, of course, messy combat "The Silver Crown" Two thousand years have passed since the Great Burn. The races of the world have grown, spread and even mixed. Humans are now well established and accepted. The city of Scornubel (yes I swiped the name from forgotten realms) is a merchant run, somewhat shady place with a population over ten thousand. Lots of people avoid the city itself and live in small villages in the surrounding lands. South of the city several of the villages have just emptied out. Their entire populations (50 to 100 people each) have simply vanished. Scornubel is indifferent, they depend on the trade from other large cities coming in through the great road and the nearby river. Some (the group) have decided to investigate for one reason or another and head south to see what has become of the people of the land. Slavers? Disease? Monsters? restrictions: none, although some storyline changes are needed for certain race/classes time:longest campaign potential, 6 months content: mystery/puzzles, suspense/npc death and drama, a smidge of npc romance.
