I haven't found any info on how to add a race to dnd 5e. Is it even possible? Also, how would you go about creating your own compendium rather than just a game. The reason is because I like creating worlds were my players roam. And this is shared between games. Any help that can point me to the right direction will be appreciated.

Hi Nicolashe! Custom Compendiums are a frequent ask, but the nature of compendium data makes it very difficult to implement in a way that would be usable to the end user. They are not available at this point in time. However, if you don't mind inputting the data manually onto the character sheet, there is nothing stopping you from creating anything you like.

A Pro subscription will also allow you to use the Transmogrifier and Library Games for all your custom content. I have Library Games for 13th Age (vanilla & Glorantha) so I can just move the monsters & handouts & maps to new games with the Transmogrifier.
