As DM, I cannot change map layers. The tool bar that is usually in the bottom right corner is missing all of a sudden. I've refreshed the page and I've cleared my cache and cookies and nothing worked.
Try using the keyboard shortcuts and see if that works: Ctrl / Cmd + M : Switch to @ Map/Background layer Ctrl / Cmd + O : Switch to b Object/Token layer Ctrl / Cmd + K : Switch to E GM Info layer (Just M/O/K if you have advanced keyboard shortcuts enabled) The buttons should appear at the lower left corner of the screen, I'm guessing you meant left but accidentally typed right.
If you are the creator of the game, make sure the "UI Redesign" option is ticked in "My Settings" in the side bar. Also make sure you did not launch/join the game as a player. If you are not the creator of the game, perhaps the owner demoted you to a player.
Jim R's probably got the right answer. If you recently cleared cache, the new UI switch needs to be toggled again. Also, to add to Jarren's comment, ctrl+, (comma) will get you to the lighting layer.
Justin H. said: @Jim R. Thank you, that did it. I cleared my Cache and Cookies yesterday and it changed a bunch of stuff. The various switches are cache based, so if you clear your cache, switch browsers, or switch computers you will have to re-enable things.
