[LFG] Old Player Returning and Looking for Others to Play With

Good Day Everyone:   I have been away from the game for a fair bit of time, but I have been bitten by the bug once again.  I am hoping to get myself hooked up with a great bunch of people and play this game we all love.  If you would be so kind as to read the details below and if you think I would be a good fit, please send a response and we can talk.   A Little About Me: ·          Name: Can be disclosed after getting to know people ·          Age: Older, +40, but still this side of the dirt ·          Available Time: 5-8:30pm (EST) Fridays, some flexibility may be possible (usually online somewhere 5-7pm (EST) Monday to Friday) ·          Experience: Started with 1 st Edition and played/DM’d through 3.5 to Edition (recently bought and read through the Core Rule Books)   What I am looking for: ·          Dungeon and Dragons 5E, Campaign (Mostly with RAW) ·          Mature Adult Group, Somewhat Serious ·          Character Development ·          Balance between Combat, Exploration and Roleplay (a good blend of all three is preferred) ·          Entertainment and Fun ·          Understanding about Real Life Situations that may occur   What I am not looking for: ·          Massively Altered Homebrew ·          Overly Comedic Engagements ·          Distracted Participants   Thank you,

If you're still looking for a game, let me know. I have a group that can take on a new player (or two). It is likely we will begin Waterdeep: Dragon Heist soon, followed by Dungeon of the Mad Mage. We tend to be 5E RAW, although the DM that's going to run the game is very flexible. We have been playing on Tuesday nights starting at 6pm EST ending somewhere around 9:30pm and we use Roll20 and Discord. At least two of us are over 60 so I guess we're mature although we don't always act it. :-) If you have any questions, or want to join, feel free to DM me.
