Remembering opened windows

Hello there, I usually preopen every tab I expect to possibly need in the session to have immediate access to them. PCs, NPCs, enemies, items, locations, house rules. But in rare cases you have to reload the page due to a bug (not neccessarily of Roll20, but also for example of the browser) or you lose the internet connection for a moment or you just accidently close the tab. In either case I have to open every single sheet again and have to hope not needing to lookup another one. I dm this party now for 2,5 years and we are in our third module, with some homebrew interims inbetween and my players can always go back to previous places. Thus I can not really reduce the amount of sheets I have to organize and skim every time. And since already the position of opened sheets are remembered for the expand and minimize feature, when opened, I hope that also the information, which sheets were opened last time, could be either automatically remembered and restored by Roll20 or be saved in a set, which I could open with a simple button. Here a screenshot I took a while ago of an average session preparation:
What I sometimes do if I'm going to be wanting access to a lot of different handouts is to create a Table of Contents handout that has links to each handout I want access to. To create the link, you use square brackets on both sides of the name of the handout you want to link to. Example, if you want a link to "Handout: BLUG" in your table of contents, you type [Handout: BLUG] and Roll20 automatically creates the link when you save. The advantage of this is that you don't actually have to have all those handouts open (and try to find them) but just the one Table of Contents handout which you can easily open anytime you need to refresh the browser.
To piggy back off of Doug E. Here's how one of mine looks. Each one is a handout that was made in the journal (If you want the players to click as well:  Can see In Journal set to all). Copy the name of Handout, save changes. Edit a different Handout and as Doug Said use the brackets [ ] and type or paste the name of the handout between them. In my case I made a table and centered them for aesthetics. Save Changes on the new hand out and it should be a link. You can then archive the Handout that you are linking to, as to prevent clutter and increase game load times.
