Reactions for ingame chat

Kinda a silly request but I would love it if i could react to the ingame chat rolls, messages, and pictures. Maybe a few limited options like 4-8 different emojis. Thumbs up, Thumbs down, Heart, OMG face ect. I am imagining something similar to discord reactions that show up below the relevant chat line. Sometimes when a single player and DM are doing a scene with just them and the bard gets a nat 20 to seduce the DM's well crafted final boss i don't wanna interrupt by yelling "FUCK YEA LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOO". Rather than koolaid man right through the 4th wall and interrupt the scene it would be good to send good vibes through some little reactions in the chat.
