I purchased a humble bundle, had the Cyberpunk RED core book, fallout, some Pathfinder stuff. Very exciting stuff. Redeemed it all quickly because it has a time limit on redemption. Started playing with some friends. Everything's great. Then today i go to click through to the next page in a compendium and it tells me i don't have that compendium. Go to my list of compendium and about 80% of my purchased materials are gone. Tried logging out, logging back in. Still gone. Opened a support ticket, and it's only been an hour or two, so I'm not surprised i don't have a response yet, but wondering if there's anything else i could try while awaiting response?
Quick follow up, all the items still show as "Claimed some time ago" in "View Marketplace Items", but the items are still not available to actually use.

Hi! Thanks for the report, we're already looking into this issue and we'll try to provide an update as soon possible.
Fantastic, as a tech myself, I imagine if this is wider than just one or two users it's a bit of a nightmare scenario. Godspeed on correcting it! Next game session isn't until the weekend, so I'll have some patience. Thank you very much!
Updating again, the problem does appear to be resolved now! At least for me. :) Thank you very much.
If anyone else has experienced trouble with accessing their items, please let us know or reach out through our help center . We've started a process to make sure everyone has proper access so it may appear while that is being run. Thanks for your patience folks!
