Anyone interested in Play By Email/PM?

(I was not sure where to post this thread so I apologize if this doesn't belong here) Does anyone here do role playing by email or private message? I have been wanting to get back into RPGs but working out a time slot has been frustrating, and my internet is not the most stable, so I thought of a way around both issues by using PMs or the discussion board. I just want to see if this is something people do here on Roll20 or at least might want to try out.

Yes. This is definitely done. There are thriving communities of people who do asynchronous play by post games. Some are done in the text chat of the games set up on this site, and I believe that that is what they prefer among those advertising games in these forums, but many of those people are just as happy to move it to private messages or e-mail. If you are more specific about the sort of game you're looking for, or look for things listed as "play-by-post" or "PbP" you may well find the sort of game you are looking for. Some of them are done in real time, but many are done asynchronously over PM or e-mail.
