Quality of Life Update for Decks

I hope in the near future we can see a quality of life update to decks, specifically in their permissions. Ideally I would be able to assign a specific player access to a deck of cards and set their permissions up to and including shuffling and recalling which as of right now can only be done by GMs. I know decks aren't the most used feature of roll20 but these are relatively light changes that would greatly increase the usefulness of the function.

I agree, Valaska, If you like, please add your Comments and +1 to this Rally for Enhanced Card Deck features in Roll20, and by the way this feature will get more-and-more use when it is more capable for a variety of card game systems. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1240005/enhanced-card-deck-features
