Hi :) I'm new to DnD but really want to find a group to start a campaign! I recently learned how to create a character with a group on a different platform and got instantly hooked. Since then I've been watching many tutorials, binging episodes of Critical Role and I'm eager to start playing. We were supposed to start playing last weekend but didn't have enough players so I've been checking discords and forums to find games to join but I'm not 100% sure when it comes to finding something I'd like to join. I think I'd like to play in a DnD setting with DnD rules rather than anything homebrewed until I've learned how to play the game properly although I don't mind playing in a world that someone has created if everything else follows the proper DnD rules. I'm watching Campaign 3 of Critical Role and I'm really enjoying that so maybe something similar would be cool though I'm pretty open, I'd just like to start playing! I've made a character sheet for a Halfling Sorcerer of Draconic Ancestry (it'll probably need checking over) and I understand how to play but will no doubt need a bit of guidance here and there.. I'm a fast learner though! If anyone has space in their group for a noobie like myself, please let me know! :) I'm available practically any time/day bar a few exceptions. Looking forward to hearing back and hopefully start playing soon! Qix :)
