I manually entered several monsters in the journal tab of one game and would like to transfer those over to a different game (campaign). Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
You can transfer Journal items with the Transmogrifier (requires a Roll20 Pro subscription), but it’s a manual process and there’s no way to transfer the entire contents of a Journal all at once. With a Plus subscription you can use the Characters page (formerly called the Character Vault) to transfer characters (including monsters/NPCs) between games.
If you are creating a new game from scratch you can duplicate the existing game, then remove the elements you don't want but keep the ones you do want. The main drawback is you cannot create the campaign with a Marketplace Module via that method. (Although Addons still work.)
Ah, that's a good strategy. Easier to delete than re-enter. Thanks. I'm just doing homebrew, so no problem with adding purchased content.
