Blurry tokens after recent update

Hi, I have encountered some strange issues - I upload token as usually (from token stamp), 256x256 pixels. Usually its generating very big image, (like 4x4 cells) when dropped on map - nice and as original pixels, which keeps is sharp. There is now some issue - tokens became blurry when dropped on map, altough same original image is sharp in character sheet. Seems that tokens are now descaled to singe cell, its not a major difference, but its very annoying to me that I cannot get source image sharpness. Take a look at comparison between token and character sheet. Both images have same source png 256x256 but the one on the left is blured How can I fix this issue? Windows 10, latest chrome, roll20 in new version.

HI Cyryl! It could be temporary, based on browser imaging. when you preview the token (Z key), right click and open it in a new tab, does it still appear blurry? Does it appear blurry when you are at 100% zoom?
Yea im having the same issue too. This is in-game view vs "Z" view. So R20 knows how its supposed to look, but for some reason in-game it decides to pixelate the token to hell. Even when set at its original pixel dimensions its still blurry AF

Does it appear blurry when you are at 100% zoom? Hi, to answer your questions: Previewing token shows sharp image (Z key). New tab, different browser (firefox), restarting browser/computer did not help. Token still appears blurry on roll20 board (everywhere else its fine). Image at 100% zoom is also still blurry. This affects all tokens. Switching to old, or using beta roll20 (from settings) did not make difference, image still blurry.  To me it looks like tokens are downsized when uploaded on board in roll20.

This is to increase efficiency in displaying at different zoom levels. If it didn't do this, you would start to notice lag when zoomed all the way out, for instance. I have not examined what sizes (thumb, med, original, and max) are served for tokens. It might be revealing to do so, especially if you have some tokens appearing blurry and some not. (You can test by previewing and right clicking as described above).

Could you try to assign control over the token (or associated character) to yourself?  There is a known issue where the GM sees a faded (might be described as "blurry"?) token that is remedied by assigning the token to themselves.

I took control of the related character ("Can be edited and controled by") but it changed nothing. It's kind of annoying because some tokens are hard to see if I don't zoom in. (I'm using windows/firefox)
