"Layered" Maps

Is there a way to actually get real layers in your map? For example, have different floors of a building on different layers? Or, perhaps, Have a Fog layer, so players move their tokens underneath a fog layer. It would be really nice to have tokens be able to be under a floor, or over it, simultaneously. (P.S. I'm relatively new to roll20 and I don't know the tools very well.)

What I've been doing is using making my own pngs that are transparent then putting the layers in the map layer afterwards using the "move to back or front" to layer it the way i need. So when i need to pull the bottom of a ship I click the top layer of the spelljammer and "move to back" which makes the top layer move to bottom and leaves the inside exposed for boarding. It was a crap first attempt so then i started breaking down the maps into sections and layering them the same way i do in photoshop. just cut your map up. same ship just moved to back with layer underneath. What you can do is go into photoshop or any photoeditor and just magic wand the hell out of it. Feather it don't move the edge shift like I did. And You'll get really nice clean token or maps You can even make the maps flippable tokens so that you can click on the map select token then move the slider down to whichever section of the map or however deep they are.
