Hi CritEdition, Assuming you are the campaign owner, you only have access to Fog of War, not Dynamic Lighting (which is a paid account feature). Character token settings do not have any part of Fog of War, they only apply to Dynamic Lighting. My guess is that Fog of War is enabled. To show the players a section of the map click the "cloud" icon on the toolbar. Then select either Polgyon Reveal or Reveal Areas. From there you can use the tool to show specific areas.
