40 years on this planet and I've never played a DnD game. Not for lack of interest, just haven't found anyone else irl that wanted to play it. I didn't even know virtual tabletops existed until I got into baldurs gate 3 and someone in a forum for the game mentioned it to me. And that's the quick and dirty of it. I'm new. Like, NEW new. I know a good bit about the core function of the way the combat works from my time in bg3 and have been studying up on the actual DnD game via YouTube videos but I am going to stumble through my first game. If this is something you can tolerate id love to join your game! Only way to do something like this is to jump right in. As for what I'm looking for, standard 5e gameplay. I'm open to expansion content and unique stories and things like that, but I saw something about Rick and Morty in DnD and that is NOT anything I want to get into, as an example. The allure of this game for me is the universe and the theme all I'd like to keep that pure. Beyond that I'm open to anything. Drop me a line and we can go from there!
