players are not able to see token nameplates. How to fix?

Hi, I am running a Roll20 D&D 5th ed. campaign and for some reason the players are unable to see most of the token nameplates. They can see some. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Thank you so much

Edit to add picture and clarify: Each token has the nameplate field, a checkbox to display the nameplate, and a small settings box above it to set the visibility for players. 'See' allows all players to see the nameplate; 'Edit' allows only players who have 'Controlled by' access to the token to see the nameplate. Open the token settings window to adjust those settings.  Since I see you have a Pro subscription, if you are setting the visibility to allow players to see nameplates and it is reverting so they cannot see it anymore, the most likely cause is a script. A common one that does this is Aura/Tint Healthcolors, which has a setting to control nameplate visibility. You can adjust that setting using the !aura command for the script settings.

Hi Karl GM.,  In addition to the Nameplate checkmark as Jarren indicated there is a button with 3 dots above the nameplate checkmark (far above unfortunately).  That also has relevant controls such as who can see the nameplate (See = everyone, Edit = only those with control over the character/token).
Thanks guys!

A TokenMod macro to set all the tokens on the page at once would be my go-to.
