"Quota exceeded" despite evertything deleted from art library, no music, no pdfs, etc.

what the title says. I wanted to upload a file to use as a map. my account rightly said I had exceeded the quota, so I spent a few hours selecting stuff to delete, because I did have a lot of files. After that, it wtill said, I was over, so I deleted more. rinse and repeat until I finally deleted everything. I have no files. it says I have 174 mb of files. I don't. I dont use audio, and the few pdfs I had are gone. the quota chart says it's all tokens. I have no tokens anymore. not even the ones I purchased years ago to be able to use on this garbage program. literally nothing. I would love to find a resolution or an alternate application I can use tonight so I can ready an encounter for tomorrow. I have been looking it up and it appears to be a problem that has existed for several years. I suspect they dont fix it because it forces users to get subscriptions.

I suspect you have deleted things from your Art Library but you haven’t deleted things from your Recent Uploads.  Your images really live in Recent Uploads. Your Art Library is just links to them, and not counted against your quota.  If you look in My Account there’s a pie chart showing all your quota and what’s using it. It would help us if you posted a screen capture of the pie chart.
nope. its all deleted. all gone. the quota chart is lying to me, because I have literally nothing uploaded. Unless purchased items that I dont have in my uploads count against the quota, then there is nothing to indicate I have any uploads whatsoever in any listed place at all. I even went so far as to deleta all my games in case that was the problem somehow. It wasn't

Hi Cameron! Since we don't have access to your account page, your best recourse is to file a  Help Center Request . There's very little that other players can do to diagnose the issue you are experiencing.
I was hoping someone might know some secret way to completely wipe the library that I am unaware of. plus, given its an issue that I found many results about from years ago, I didnt know if there was a fix that wasnt mentioned in those posts. I would have replied to those posts, but they were all closed due to the age of the posts... despite the issues still existing I guess I also, probably inaccurately, assumed that the forum might be read and responded to by some customer support person if it pertains to a bug or functionality issue like this.

Hi Cameron,  It looks like you have 174.7 MB of Token Markers. That exceeds your account allotment by 74.7 MB. I *think* you can manage your Token Markers via the Token Marker Library . With that said, if that doesn't resolve the issue I suggest filing a Help Center Request as Keith  suggested. Edit: I ran an experiment and that is most likely the cause.  I verified the usage on my Account, noting the current usage via Token Markers. I uploaded a bunch of images to the Token Marker Library (about 40 MB worth) and created a set with them.  I again verified the usage on my Account, I got a ~40 MB increase in usage via Token Markers.  Then I deleted the Set that had those images, since it was the only set with those images the images were deleted.  I verified the usage a 3rd time and saw that the usage had returned to the previous level before I had uploaded any Token Marker images.

Glad you got it worked out. The Upload section you referenced is only for Images and Animations in the game.  It does not cover things like Audio files, PDFs, or...Token Markers.

Thanks Gauss. The image of the quota allocation wasn't on the page when I posted (I suspect that the page may have been open a while before I answered.)
