Compendiums not loading into new game

I have purchased multiple compendiums, including monster compendiums, and I cannot get anything to load into a new game I've created. I have searched multiple times for this topic, and I have tried all of the resolutions I've found, and nothing works. Any idea of the issue? This also seems to be a recurring issue every so often with Roll20
Make sure you have compendium sharing set to 'on' for the game.  Check to make sure that you have enough compendium sharing slots open.  As a Pro user, you can share compendiums in five games and up to 15 players.

If you own a compendium, and create a game that uses the compendium, it should be available to you, regardless of sharing slots. That's just to control what others can see. On the settings page, have you chosen the compendium that it uses? This happens automatically with many sheets, but if you create a game without choosing a sheet, it's an easy mistake to make.
