Blocked pull request - modify the request or create a new one?

Hi folks,  Quick question. My last pull request was blocked due to some content that should be handled via JS script rather than code modification.  I made the changes to the code, and I'm waiting for the pull request to be reviewed again, however I was wondering if it wouldn't be better to create a brand new pull request with my modified content?  How do you guys usually proceed in such cases?

just update the existing request. Make sure to tag whoever from R20 gave you the feedback so that they know to run it.
Thanks Scott I did exactly that so it should be accepted next Tuesday :(
