I don't know how big of a priority this is for them but it's pretty significant for power users IMO. I really hope this is being looked at... I feel like we should be able to use what we pay for on the website with some reliability... 10 days is pretty long.
Send a Help Center Request on this as it is the fastest way of getting help and let the devs know.

Hi Aura and sirkerry,
As TheMarkus1204 stated, the best thing to do here is to file a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center as the Bug Report forum is primarily for users helping users.

I've opened 2 tickets about this (206606 on 3/1 and 208069 on 3/6), the first was just completely ignored as far as I can tell (i.e. got the autoresponse, but nothing else), the 2nd I got an actual response on.
None of the diagnostic suggestions in the actual response helped?
I'd like to give better advice, but I can't duplicate the issue. Usually if you have trouble accessing part of the site, one of those steps will help to find the root cause.

- Deleting cache and cookies
- Trying a different browser
- Trying a different machine
- Trying a private browsing window
- Signing out and back in to Roll20

I've tried it with Firefox, Chrome, and Brave, same results. I've tried deleting the cache and cookies in all three browsers, same results. I've tried using a private/incognito browsing in Chrome and Firefox. I've tried signing out and back in from all three browsers. I've tried using a couple of different VPNs - all that does is change the reported CloudFlare location.
I have not tried a different machine, I will try that tomorrow, but I'm not hopeful as the reported 504 gateway time-out error indicates to me it's an issue between CloudFlare and Roll20.net.

Keith, okay I found another machine to try, same error. Then however I decided to create a new Roll20 account from Brave on my regular machine, I was able to access the Token Marker Library without issue from that account.
So, this actually sounds more like an account corruption or permissions issue with that data point.
I will note that the second I bought all those token markers I had the issues with signing in and can confirm that this doesn't occur on other accounts.

Hmm, come to think of it, that's when my problems started also - after purchasing several token markers during the GM Day sale.

Yes, but in a Help Center Request. It's unlikely to be seen by a dev in a forum post. But is that log taken from the time and window where you experienced the problem?

Hello! When I attempted to sign into edit my token markers post purchase, I keep getting hit by the "host offline" error on the 504. Is that normal?
Were any of the token marker sets you purchased these?
Simple & Clean Token Markers V. 2.0
Cryptocartographer Token Markers: Combat Conditions Buffs
Comprehensive Token Markers for Status Effects and Spells
Sidequest Battlemaps: Status Markers

An Update, removed the support persons name to protect identities. :(
"I did end up managing to reproduce this issue on my system as well and have made sure to escalated this to our development team.
This is still occuring for me, it's starting to become painful, as I've had to hold off adding new status markers since the problem started a month ago.
Final update; I decided to pull my subscription from roll20. This entire process has been demoralizing.
Hey everyone,
I want to start off by saying I am very sorry for the trouble and inconvenience folks are running into with this feature.
Unfortunately, we don't have any immediate solutions or workarounds that I or the support team can offer. However, I highly suggest anyone who is running into this problem to send in a ticket if you haven't already. The support form is one of the best ways to help us keep track of ongoing and important issues. We do make efforts to include forums in those reports as well but can occasionally miss things in this arena.
You can send in a report to roll20.net/help
