I was frantically googling- I mean valiantly attempting to troubleshoot this issue myself. Glad to know I'm not the only one currently experiencing this issue, has anyone heard an answer on this? For reference my map selection, my toolbars to the left so I can swap my features, settings, and library are all either not showing up (In the case of the first two) or are blank (in the latter two's case). *EDIT*- Yeah, folks, looks like pretty much everyone's having this issue and multiple threads have been escalated to the devs. Finger's crossed it's taken care of soon. To any of the staff reading this and rolling their eyes at yet another complaint post just know we appreciate you and know that your job is not as simple as snap your fingers and it gets fixed.
