I can't upload music.

I have been using Roll20 for my weekly sessions for the past 6 months and have had no issues uploading audio until now. For the past 5 days, I have been trying in vain to upload two tracks as a city theme and battle theme for my new city and it gets stuck on 0b forever without update. I have tried clearing my cookies, trying other browsers, using the out of game tool to add audio and to no avail! If anyone has any suggestions, they would be most welcome.

Have you checked your account storage capacity ? Scroll to the bottom of your account page to see how much you’re using   A Plus subscription gets 3GB , but audio files are known for being a pretty quick storage resource hog.

At time of posting, your tag says "Plus". Are you posting in another account? Also, are you maybe exceeding the individual limit of 20MB per file?

This prompted me to check the file sizes of the audio files to find out they are 0b in size in my file explorer! I tried to run them on windows media player and nothing, so maybe there was an issue in the audio trimming step when I was trying to find a seamless loop. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, much appreciated!
