Concentration script help°! + question

Hello, Iam a new dm and im trying out some APIs now. I really like the Combat master, because it does Groupinit + other Mods at once, but i have a Problem with concentration. Im using the Concentration API by Robin Kuiper, and i have read a lot that its outdatet. So first of all, does anyone have an good alternative? Second of all: When i cast a concentration spell it works fine, but i dont get how to Toggle the Constitution saves, so it automatically removes the Concentration. It just seems to add concentration and everything else i have to do manual, but it says in the Script, that autorolling an Const- save is somehow an option, please help me, i have looked fo hours for an solution. My second question: i found the Mod: Status FX, it lets you Bind Effects to status markers, but i didnt really understand how that works, or how i make an Custom effect in general, does someone maybe know? I want to bind my New Custom Status markers with a few effects, so whenever someone Dies for example, it does an automatic Blood splatter etc. i thank you in advance!

Concentration is built into combat master.  As a matter of fact, the Concentration API was incorporated in part into Combat Master.   To set it up, you need to capture spells in combat master.  An option is shown in chat when the spell is cast to add the spell or ignore it.  When configuring the spell set concentration to true.  Also make sure not to change the actually concentration condition that CM creates.  Set the duration (usually 10 for 1 minute) and direction (usually -1 ).  Make sure override is set to false also.  Once the spell is captured when the spell is cast, CM asks for targets.  It's a box in chat with a checkmark.  You select the target token(s) and click the checkmark.  CM places the spell icon onto the tokens and places a concentration on the caster.   For 10 minute or longer concentration spells, I usually set duration to 1 and direction to 0.  It won't countdown or turn off concentration at all until I use CM to remove the concentration condition from the token.  In terms of combat rounds, 10 minutes is an eternity.   Note that some spells can't be captured by CM.  The OGL 5e sheet launches them in weird ways.  In that case, create the spell manually and assign manually.
