Purchased item from the marketplace shows as unpurchased when trying to add it to a game's compendium selection.

Hi,  I've purchased the Esper Genesis Threats Database from the marketplace.  However, when I try to add the content from that source to the compendium in my game settings it will not allow me and instead has a "purchase" button.  The Esper Genesis Core Manual shows with the correct status and I was able to add it.  Am I missing a step somewhere?

For some reason the screenshot did some sort of a contrast filter.  On the clip of the store page there's actuall a grey `purchased` button to the right of the 'gift' button.
