My Friend is having an error. What can she do to fix it?

My friend, whenever she tries to login, keeps getting HTTP Error 403 which denies her access of her account. Is there anything she can do to fix it? This issue she is having is on Chrome and from what she explained she has nothing interfering since it was working the other day just fine.

The current advice for this issue seems to be clearing cache and cookies on the affected browser.
