Library completely wiped out

Good morning. The library of my account was completely emptied on Sunday, March 31st. I re-uploaded all the maps and images (via roll20, without using any external extensions). It seemed all okay, but yesterday afternoon, almost the entirety of the library was emptied again. What could have happened? Could you help me with this? Thank you!

Probably clearing the browser cache or a full reload will work for you. Otherwise open roll20 in a 'private' browser window and check whether the problem persists there.

Hi, First of all, thank you for the response. Unfortunately, I have already tried both attempts, emptying the cache and opening from incognito, from a different browser, but also a different PC. The problem is that, going into my profile, I see the memory space emptied. The first time it was completely empty, now some images have remained
