Hello, My name is Cody, also known as TheGMC and I am here to present you Red Markets Red Market: Carrion Capitalism in the Loss Red Market is set in a world very similar to, but slightly different from our own. Five years ago a mysterious illness known only as "The Blight" Swept over the entire world. It caused the living to go into a cannibalistic rage, and once they died, they rose again as a shambling corpse. The US to protect itself declared everything west of the Mississippi River a loss and declared everyone who wasn't able to cross the river in time to be legally dead, a non-person. Now five years later the survivors eke out a living in enclaves, and thanks to the Bounty a new currency between the Loss and the remainder of the US trade has become possible and people can change their fate by picking at the corpse of the Loss. Thus the Carrion Economy is born. You take the role of a Taker, an enterprising individual whose job it is to scour the lost for valuables, either Bounty (the documents of those who are, or are legally dead) or for other valuables either for your own or for wealthy clients who hire you. Together with your crew you will defend and enrich yourselves and your home settlement. I currently have the game set for Wednesdays, Weekly at 5 pm Central US time (UTC-6) but I have a flexible enough schedule that most days are free, except Sundays and Friday Evenings.
