Combining Modules?

Can you combine the starter adventure with the adventure in the core rulebook and run as a continuous campaign or do you have to run them as separate games?

Marketplace modules can only be run in separate games but you can add an Addon to any game. 
Alternately, if you want to spend the time and effort you can transmogrify elements of any game into another game. 

If you want to run them back to back my suggestion is to use separate games, and just move the PCs between them when the first is done.

With a pro account, you can create two games and the transmogrify the needed items from the starter adventure into the main campaign.
