So i used to play alot of rpgs when I was younger exalted campaign for 3 years as gm and played DnD and Pathfinder as well as a handful of others , iv attempted to get my current group of freinds to pick it up but they have a lack of commitment that means I'm spoon feeding and it wasn't as enjoyable so didn't continue them on . I now find myself reading through tons of rpgs rule sets and loves getting excited about some of the things you could do or the creative rules but struggling to find a group to play with , i would say im a new player these days as alot of rules have been forgotten or muddled up with other rules another thing is I'm a little put off by DnD these days as ive had my fill mostly and I find the game can focus a little to strongly on builds and stats and number crunching but I'm open to suggestions in how to best get a group going or where to look ?
