Rogue to Ranger Multiclass bug for my player

One of my players is experiencing the Rogue-to-Ranger multiclass Charactermancer bug. Any solution for this one? Can I submit the Character Sheet to someone for a diagnostic?

Hi Kim D.,  Could you elaborate on this bug?  Which character sheet are you using? If you don't know the name please supply a screenshot. 

Yes, it's the D&amp;D 5e Character Sheet. What is the favored enemy option?&nbsp;

Humanoid (Pick Any 2)

Please try a different favored enemy option, then manually switch to Humanoid afterwards.&nbsp; Humanoid as a favored enemy option is bugged iirc.&nbsp;
