A dark fog comes over your camp. The trees are not the same. Everything seems darker, greyer, and dim. Wolves are hunting you, almost like they are herding you. You have no choice but to pack up camp and move. The path ahead is one you no longer recognise. Mist and fog lead you to a stately manor, alone. You do not remember it being there before. Afraid you will be eaten by wolves, you find yourself with a choice. To hide in the manor, or brave the strange and dark mists. Welcome to Barovia. Strahd awaits your arrival. This is a roleplay focused campaign that explores horror moods and themes, particularly inspired by gothic horror writings. Your backstory won't matter too much, but your choices, certainly do! There is a huge element on discovering whether your choices lead you down a much darker path than intended.
