Health Bar size discrepancy

Update: I hadn’t tried any of these suggestions yet, but the token health bar is now back to normal! This was on Jumpgate, so maybe it was just a temporary glitch.  Hey there, hoping someone can help me out here. I am a DM for a campaign with six PCs. One of my player's characters has a health bar that's significantly smaller than the others - in terms of both bar size and font size. I ensured all the PC tokens are the same size, and I tried removing the HP bar and re-adding it, but I can't figure out how to resolve this. Can someone give me some guidance? Thanks in advance!

Hi James, I don't know of any reason it would appear that way except for different zoom levels or different sizes.  If you could send me an invite I'd like to take a look. 

I ran into something like this once. Setting the misbehaving token's Token Bar Options to "Compact", saving, then setting to "Standard" and saving fixed it for me. Might be worth a try.

Try Jim R's solution. From the appearance it looks like a Compact health bar, except that Compact doesn't normally show the numbers, so it's like a combination of Compact and regular. 

Hi James! Is this on Jumpgate? Jumpgate handles token interface a little differently, and these may have been set up on different page settings. Check the default token sizes. When dragged onto a fresh map, are they all coming in filling 1 grid square?

This happened during my game yesterday as well (in a campaign I run for multiple years). Seems to be a glitch on the backend. Hope they will fix it soon.

Hi Ralph,  Have you filed a bug report regarding the issue via the Help Center ? If not it is unlikely the Devs are aware of the glitch.  I haven't seen this come up before.
