Jukebox Keeps 404ing and not Playing Music

Hi! My DM is having trouble with the Roll20 Jukebox and I'm not sure how to fix it. Below I will attach a screenshot of the console log. For some reason the Jukebox encounters an error 404 when trying to play any of the MP3 files added to the game, and this results not in a song with no audio, but rather Roll20 reacts as though there's no song playing, and the timeline reads as 00:00/00:00.

Hi BiggestGal! For an issue like this, I would suggest sending that console log and description of the problem directly to Roll20 in the form of a  Help Center Request . I have occasionally had the issue you report with individual tracks, and have solved it by deleting the playlist and re-adding it from My Audio, but this looks excessive.
