Hi Wandler, As there is nothing a user can do to help with financial topics I suggest filing a report with the Devs via the Help Center . They can help you there.
Thanks Gauss, that is exactly what I was looking for! ... I now got double charged since in the background it looks like the payment actually worked out and this was one of the predefined options in the help center, so I hope they can figure that out quickly.
Just to end this thread with a positive note, the roll20 support immediately fixed this - I just forgot to comment here again. I wanted to leave this message if someone stumbles across this via (Google) Search.
