OLD Compendium: VS. NEW Compendium: NO JumpGate (in case this is necessary!) I am CO GM in this campaign and it was created with the OFFICIAL DRAGONBANE MODULE sold in the Marketplace!

Hi TheMarkus1204,  It seems your intent is to communicate with the Devs. The Bug Report forum is not the best place for that as they may or may not see this. Please file a report with the Devs via the Help Center  so that they will see the report.   Alternately, since this is still a relatively new feature you might try posting in the Dev curated New Compendium thread . 
I already sent a ticket. As I have done with many other Problems lately, but I have not got a repsonse to any of them besides the automatic response. And regarding the New Compendium thread you mentioned... there has not been any new comments for 2 months by now. Not from Users, not from the Devs or the Roll20 Team... If you don't get a response to a ticket please post the ticket number so we can ping the Devs about it. Also please check your spam folder to make sure it isn't winding up there.  The problem with posting in the Bug Report forum is that it is primarily for users helping users. There is not much a user can do to help you with this other than to say: don't use the new compendium.  Frankly, I do not and will not use the new compendium until a number of issues are fixed.

On the other hand, A benefit of posting in the Forum is -- you're informing other Users, so they can see that they aren't alone, or they can respond if they found a solution or got an answer to their Ticket(s) on the same subject.  One big problem with Help Center is, it only serves the User(s) who took the time to collect the information and submit the ticket. The Help Center doesn't say anything to Users who were silently wondering about the same issue, in the past, present, or future.

It was not to inform others of the issue, it was to ask why it has not been fixed. Which is only something the Devs can help with.

Since I can't read TheMarkus mind, I don't know his intent, Gauss.  FACT: the post is informative to me, and I will join on playtesting this issue, and I will be aware if this issue arises in my games.  Thank you again for sharing the way for users to report to The Help Center, for what it's worth.  I don't have access to The Help Center questions and reports. Those are totally hidden from users like myself. So I find it generally helpful when users tell their bug reports on here. It's not a problem. It is an alternative offered by Roll20.  Like you Gauss as a Forum helper, I can now playtest Dragonbane and Compendium, which I wouldn't be wont to do if I didn't know about the issue that is reported above.  Like you said, Gauss, the Forum is good for user-to-user communication, and that is happening here.  It's ok if you don't have a solution to every question on here. Someone else might want to read, react, or respond to it. I think you made the point clear, that the Help Center is a direct way to ask the Devs.
A few more Infos on that: A friend of mine bought the Module via the Bundle that was available some time ago Since he did not want to Run it himself, he asked me if I would run it for them HE created the campaign via the official Module available from marketplace and announced me CO-GM. OLD Compendium: everything is FINE! I can SEE everything and I can READ everything. NEW Compendium gives me just an error, telling me I don't have access to any of it! DEVS are investigating right now, but as of yet, the only thing that came to mind was Compendium sharing being not enabled. IF Compendium Sharing is indeed DISABLED, how come I am able to see everything with the OLD compendium just fine? I am also having a similiar problem...I can only access SRD monsters, none of the content I have PURCHASED such as the Monster Manuals Expanded, Tome of Beasts, other modules, etc. Advise???

Hi DMFrank,  Are you using Old or New Compendium?  If things aren't appearing in the new compendium please switch to the old compendium and see if the problem continues.  If it continues in the old compendium it is most likely a setting issue. Please let me know and I can help further.
