Jumpgate Empty Screen

Whenever I use jumpgate, it will not load any page at all. They are all solid colors. I have tried this on my computer and my sister's computer and we both have the same problem. She has a much better computer than I do. I have tried this on Chrome and Opera. I have tried everything from clearing the cache to various other tricks that I thought might work. Nothing fixes this.

Pages auto-close after a few months. You have to look at the last page in the thread to be sure. When you say "solid colors" what do you mean? Are you just seeing a black page? It could be a dynamic lighting or fog of war issue.

I see it as both a DM and a Player i have tried both

It sounds like something is not set up properly. If you would like to shoot me an invitation to the game in a direct message (not public), and promote me to GM, I'd be happy to investigate.

For anyone following along, this was either a weird glitch or a temporary problem with a plug in. If you have similar problems to what was reported here, try testing in a private browsing window. And for good measure, delete cache and cookies.

What does testing in a private browsing window mean? I am experiencing the same problem. All i see are the solid color of the background.

Hi Vergil! The command is different depending on the browser. In Chrome: it is Open New Incognito Window In Firefox: Open New Private Browsing Window. The window that is opened uses no cookies, no extensions, and doesn't record to History. This is a quick way of ruling out most cases of extension conflict, bad cache data or cookies, etc. For this purpose, it's a diagnostic tool to try and isolate where a problem is occurring.

I'm having this same issue in Jumpgate, even in incognito mode.
