Charactermancer Deleting Submitted Information

So, to be clear, this is my first time using Roll20 in a few years and even in 2020, I didn't use it a lot.   Charactermancer is a new concept to me and I learned about it through a tutorial on Youtube.  However, during a session 0, some of my players were running into Charactermancer completely clearing custom feature and trait information that was submitted.  Since everyone was still figuring things out, this caused what I imagined to be a 10 minute process to take better than an hour and there were some that still weren't able to complete it.  I just tried to go through and get these done for them with my own time, referencing PDF versions of their character sheets and had it do the same thing.  After 30 minutes of typing, all of it's just gone.  Is this because I don't have modules and am trying to submit a lot of "custom" information that's not available?  This is super frustrating and we're close to just saying fuck it and playing through Discord at this point.  This was one of the big quality of life fixes we thought Roll20 would provide and it's been a pain in the ass more than anything.  Am I an idiot? PS: I'm running Into Wonderland and I didn't see those modules available even if I did want to look into making some purchases. TLDR: Charactermancer is deleting information before I can complete the process, undoing a lot of the information I spent time inputting.

Hi James D.,  That is definitely an issue. If you rename things (often by just adding a space) the Charactermancer shouldn't touch it.  Note: this is assuming you took an existing feature the charactermancer put in and altered it.  I also suggest filing a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center to let them know about it. Make sure you include which character sheet you are using.
