New section in the Blade in the Dark Crew sheet

My players and I recently came across a whole new section that appeared right in between the Claims and Heat/Coin sections of the Crew sheet. We have no idea how it appeared, and it appeared on all Crew sheets, even archived ones or newly created ones. We also have no idea what it refers to, I can't find any of these wordings in my book. It looks like a bunch of long-term projects... Any ideas ?

Update : I tried deactivating/reactivating varying options, and deactivating "New Compendium" (which I don't know what it changes compared to the old one) seems to have made this section disappear, and it won't come back even when reactivating said option. Guess it is resolved, somehow ?
