you gotta tell us what time zone
Besides the time zone defining as mentioned above, the scheduled times are a bit unclear to me. Do you mean two separate sessions with one starting at 11pm and one starting at 12pm? Or do you mean 11am and 12pm? Or something else entirely?
Name: Max D&D Exp: I've been a big fan of TTRPGS for many years and I've DMed and continue to DM multiple campaigns(modules)  Currently running decent into avernus for my local friends. 1.5 yrs later and finally they are at lvl 11 lol. Unfortunately I am a stereotypical forever DM so I got on Roll20 in hopes of finally changing that! Preferred character idea: A shinobi whom recently disgraced himself and his clan by not assassinating his latest target. He is now constantly on the run from his clan due to his betrayal. Every shadow, rustle of bushes, or creek on wooden boards could mean his family has finally caught  up to him so he is always on edge. His preferred method of killing is surprising the victim from behind. Not only is it a tactical choice, but for some reason he's never been able to look a target in the eyes. He fears that if he did their souls would become connected. Why the interest?: As mentioned before I've never had the chance to play my own character! Also this seems like a badass setting.
Name: Dr. Discord Experience with D&D: I've played several D&D Games and one-shots in the past, though it has been a bit since I've been able to play. I have some experience with other TTRPG's, but not much.  Preferred Character Idea: If allowed, an Ainu hunter turned mercenary, preferably a ranger, which would allow for some interesting fish out of water and stranger in a strange land interactions. He stands out greatly, for he comes from a different culture and follows a different religion, but he has some familiarity with their language and customs. His skills with the bow and arrow allow him to make his way through a land hostile to outsiders, and he intends on great winning fame and fortune, or at least the latter.  Why You’re Interested: As I said, I haven't been able to play d&d in a while, and I also find historical-fantasy settings very interesting in general.

Hello You might wanna add time zones, me & another DM are interested & had an idea of doing a similar campaign but wanna play it not run it, looking forward to hearing back also sure why not give you what i was thinking Name: DemiMarc (either or) Experience: been learning and playing dnd 5e for 4-5 years now, both as a player and DM, mainly DM now (forever dm seat) learning to craft homebrew campaigns Prefered character idea: plenty of characters but specifically for this Race - Human variant (Poisoner) Class - Monk (way of mercy) Background - criminal/contract killer (spy/faceless) Backstory - some form of shinobi, depending it would be for yakuza or shogun, grew up in a monastery and did not partake to supernatural superstitions and instead was more on the physical and spiritual nature of the human body, leading him on the path of a battle monk and later utilizing medicine and knowledge of the body to harm and heal, these skills made him uniquely fit for vassal services as well as doubling as a body guard, thus leading his life away from the temple (or something, can discuss if you need/want/like that) Why interest - I'm a weeb, i like my anime, JRPG's and japanese asthetic, i also had the idea to run a similar game but would MUCH rather play in it than run, like being asked by the shogun to take back cursed lands on the boarder, reward becoming its lords to oversee restoration and quell both invaders and yokai imbalance (left open villain encase its the neighboring faction/country, road to hell/majiin in the mountains or is godzilla)
Name: Sage  Experience with D&D: I have limited experience playing a few campaigns and one-shots over the last 5 years but no experience on the roll20 platform. I'd like to get some experience and build community with a consistent adventure and party.  Preferred character Idea: Ideally I would play a mage or sorcerer who works as an apprentice for a fireworks maker who took him in as an orphan. Being from a distant land, whenever anyone would question the boys different appearance the old man would blame it on a shop accident having permanently disfigured him. Thus, though he lived as an outcast he was able to find some peace and enjoy life with his master. When his master is assassinated for refusing to manufacture weapons for a warlord, not only does the shock light a spark of dormant abilities in the young apprentice, it ignites the fuse to his quest for revenge against the injustice of a hostile land and cruelty of those who profit in it.  Why you're interested: This campaign seems very interesting and im looking for a consistent party to play with so I can get more experience
- Name: For Privacy's sake, I go by Mitso online. - Experience with D&D: I have been playing D&D and other TTRPGs basically my whole life, been a DM since 3rd edition back in 2001 and have been DMing consistently since. - Preferred Character Idea: I have an idea for a Ronin (Fighter probably, not sure about Race yet) whose former Lord died under mysterious circumstances, and though there is no proof, he is suspected of killing them himself, and he is looking to clear his name and avenge his former lord. Plenty of room for either a Supernatural or Mundane Dramatic hook!  - Why You’re Interested: Honestly, I'm looking to join a game I don't have to Run myself, and this setting has a lot of promise!  Also with my experience running games, I can help out in any way needed to make the game run smoother.  PM me if there's room for me!
- **Name:** Chaos or Fandango - **Experience with D&D:** 5 years playing in this plattaform, all kinds of games but mostly DnD 5e. - **Preferred Character Idea:** A onmyōji (yin yang master/wizard build) that works as local exorcist, a nomad daoist that travels around selling his services to the people of the land, looking to learn more spells for his summons, he's inspired a little in the game Cosmology of Kyoto. - **Why You’re Interested:** History is a topic that I'm very passionate about, also my theater nerd heart gets excited every time I see unique settings like this, the idea of combining the supernatural with history brings oportunities to unique adventures and like mention before, this setting reminds me of a old pc game of my childhood called "Cosmology of Kyoto" the game explored the historical enviroment of the region with a combination of supernatural legends, so my 90's gamer instinc got very happy. Hope you have a great day and also a fantastic game.
Drakon I have several years of expierence with 5e, and a bit of expierence with several other systems, I'm used to decently homebrew heavy campaigns, but am perfectly fine with sticking to a more RAW style if needed. A wandering student of the sword, using either a homebrew Samurai Class I'm fond of or if the GM isn't cool with it either a Champion Fighter, or Swashbuckler Rogue depending on which direction of swordplay I want to go with. They'd be the young swordsmen on a journey of improvement maybe with the goal of founding his own school of swordsmanship we'll see. I'm interested in the campaign because the Premise sounds great, I love history, and while Japanese history isn't quite my area of expertise it's still interesting plus it seems like a fun campaign that's still very different from a lot of the other ones I'm in. My only concern is time zone as depending on the Time Zone I might not be available.
