Mothership 1e!

I have no coding skills, but I would love to see a Mothership 1e character sheet on Roll20 if someone out there knows how to do it! Side note - bummed that Mothership 0e has left the Marketplace, wondering why.

Agreed, it really would be about time. Does anyone know why this isn't happening? It seems to be the same with the competing VTT services. It's a shame to have to resort to work arounds to play Mothership 1e with digital character sheets on Roll20.

I see a Tuesday Games Mothership sheet, but the Mancer doesn't seem to work right.  There's no class options drop down. 

Are the existing sheets going to get updated to the official 1e release of mothership?

I asked that on their Discord and they said there were no immediate plans to update to 1e.  Which makes ZERO SENSE to me, and is screwing over a lot of people who want to play their game online. 

Any news on this? The original sheet was always kinda broken. 

I've sent a few emails to Tuesday Knight Games with no response. I don't think it is on their to-do list. Hoping maybe a community member who knows how to code might take a crack at it.

Yeah, I can't speak for the publisher, but the time and effort they spend on physical presentation suggests to me that they don't see VTT as an important platform. Which is a shame. I'm seriously considering taking my subscription to Pro just to do character sheets for games that don't have them or ones where I find the existing sheet lackluster. Mothership 1e would be top of the "to do" list.

I see that at one time there was a starter bundle available, what ever happened with that?

Pretty sure all the content that was ever here was for 0e. When that got revised, I guess the 0e stuff got removed but not replaced.

I have sorta been waiting for a while and then got sick of waiting and posted a bunch of forums and stuff to see what is happening with an official character sheet from Tuesday Knight games ... and because they have his little phone app thing for their game they are not going to update the sheet here. I took a lot of flak from the Mothership OSR superfans who don't want to see online integration but I have now confirmed this with the designers that a Roll20 sheet or any other VTT integration is not on the table.  So the bad news is that we're on our own with any sort of Mothership VTT unless you want to play on your phone ... which I don't know about you but I want to play on Roll20.  So ...  if you are interested in seeing a 1E sheet send me a DM and perhaps we can pool together to hire someone to make the sheet or something. 

When asking around on those forums, did you perchance find out whether building a sheet for Roll20 is allowed in terms of gaming license, authorization from publisher, etc? The Roll20 will ask before posting any new sheet whether you "have authorization from the game’s publisher to make this an official sheet on Roll20 with their name attached". Even though the Official Mothership sheet is in the community sheets repo, I guess we should not go tamper with that unless authorized to do so. There is however a non-official sheet by some Adam Bell, which with his approval could be updated. 

I am very disappointed that Tuesday Games is not updating their Roll20 sheet.  I want to play this and not use the phone app.  This is a major gaming platform that is well suited to games like this one, and I don't see why they would be resistant.  Is there a way to hire a programmer to do make a useable sheet? 

Their little phone app and map builder is not nearly as good as a fully integrated VTT with dynamic lighting and rollable buttons. 

I asked Tuesday Night Games on a livestream about them updating the sheet to 1e, and their response was basically that they were focusing on their on VTT and didn't find it cost effective to support their content on Roll20.  Basically bulking together updating the sheet with porting modules to Roll20. I think that's a mistake, since a LOT of us use Roll20 as our standard VTT and want to be able to play 1e without investing in another VTT. So I guess an enterprising fan with coding skills might have to take it upon themselves to make a fan sheet.

I reached out to Adam Bell, who did the original fan sheet, and he says he's willing to update his 0e sheet, and is also fine with others doing so. We haven't gotten around to talking about cost yet, but hopefully it won't be too bad since he won't have to reinvent the wheel. I'll keep you updated.

I will PAY if I have to for a 1e character sheet. At this point, I am desperate. Name your price. I'll pay it!

Hi folks,  I cannot help with a sheet, but you might try the Attributes and Abilities method to get something functional while using a PDF/digital sheet elsewhere.  If you need help with that please let me know.
