Character Sheet/Character mancer not providing any Race/Class/etc

Hello! While trying to create new NPC/Characters for my players, this issue popped up and Im not sure how to fix it. I went and checked that content sharing is on, I had accidentally turned it off when I was setting up an Alien TTRPG group, and it has all of my Exandria related and supplemental books marked green. Any tips on how I might fix this? Images below:

This is happening to my group as well. We were going to play a one shot today and make characters real quick and now we can't. Was all excited, now we are spending all the time we had, editing the sheets ourselves.

You can not access monster manuals as well. EX: if I type the keyword "zombie" non of my zombies will pop up like they usually do.

So from what me and my group has figured out, you can not access compendium stuff at the moment. You can not even drop a weapon onto the sheet. You have to add the to hit, dam, etc for it to work.

Hi Folks,  The Devs are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. In the meantime you can switch to the New Compendium by going to the My Settings tab (top right corner) and turning on Beta and then New Compendium. For the Charactermancer switching to the New Compendium *might* resolve the issue for the moment.  It is being reported that switching to the New Compendium will not resolve the Charactermancer issue.

Ah ok, I will wait for a fix so I can use Charactermancer and just use the NPC option in the mean time. Thank you for the update! Is there a place that I can track the progress? Im guessing there is a forum post or discord post about this I missed?

A forum champion or a Dev will post in every thread (and the r/Roll20 Discord server) where the issue has been reported when it is fixed.
