dnd5e Charactermancer options empty except for "custom" in existing games

Hey,

Cannot create a character using the charactermancer anymore in any of my existing DnD5e as all the selection lists for classes, background, races, are empty except for "custom". When I try and create a character in the dedicated page outside of a game on roll20, everything seems to work fine. But since I have no clue how to get those characters into any of my games it's fairly useless. Not to mention, I'd love for the charactermancer to... you know... just work again as it did before.

Browser Cache and everything have been deleted, reloaded, incognito window tested, etc.. Since the search doesn't give me results sorted by date, I don't know if this is recent or anyone else has experienced that. Would love some input, help and ideally a solution. 

Yes, I have purchased a bunch of source material but even SRD options aren't available.

Also having this issue. Haven't found a workaround yet. 

Hi Folks, 

The Devs are aware of the issue with the Old Compendium and the Charactermancer and are working on a fix.

In the meantime you can switch to the New Compendium by going to the My Settings tab (top right corner) and turning on Beta and then New Compendium. 

Unfortunately that will not solve the Charactermancer issue. But in the meantime you can drag and drop items from the Compendium onto your character sheet.

Having this issue as well since this morning (6/30/24). Was working fine last night. Was already on the 'new compendium' toggle, so tried switching it back  and forth to no avail. 

I am unable to use any features as our any of my players (D&D 5e). It only allows "custom," none of the compendium is there. I think the Dev's might have broke something, hopefully it is fixed soon. Is it working for anyone else?

Having the same issue. I hope the devs are not only aware of it, but also going to fix it. (Considering that other issues have not been fixed for a year, I cannot suppress the urge to put in a bit of sarcasm ^^.)

Hey keith, thanks for the feedback. Can confirm, it's working again on my end (using chrome, no addons). I'll ask my players to check as well.

Thank you for the update Keith. My poor players are in a panic because they needed alternate characters to perform a rescue of their party to avoid a TPK. :)

That's a cool approach. Usually my GM tells me "Better make a backup, because you're probably going to die."
