Making Hex Maps More Accessible

I'm trying to run a game that uses Vertical Hex maps and it is VERY difficult to use without janking a few things around. I'm hoping we can improve and/or add some features that makes using tokens on Hex maps, easier and more intuitive. One of the main things I need is to be able to change where a token "snaps" to. When I have a token that is multiple hexes, it snaps awkwardly unless the hex is perfectly round. If I could change the snapping area for a specific token, that would make my life infinitely easier. Another issue is normal 1x1 hex tokens. They don't take up a whole hex, I followed the rules for token sizing when custom-making them, but they still give a decent buffer to the sides of the hex, making the token much smaller than it should be. This is likely because it is still going off of the square measurements but I still would like to be able to have tokens fits snugly in a 1x1 hex without having to custom change the sizing on every single token. I can't think of any other issues I'm having besides sizing and measurements, but please include below if you have any things you'd love to have improved in the hex sections of Roll 20 maps. Thank you very much!
Hex map in roll20 is sucks, and only if it is possible to disable the snapping it would be at least usable. Perhaps the only way to truly use the hex map feature in Roll20 is using the map without a grid and put the ready made hex grid image file. At least it's true for now, and I doubt that this fact would be changed. Sigh. They does not listen.

Just to make sure you know, ARM,  You can ignore Grid-Snapping by holding down the ALT or OPTION key when moving a hex object (token).  So even if the Grid is on, you can still overcome Snapping when needed, in the current tabletop.  Of course i also agree with the Suggestion for Roll20 doing improvements to hex mapping and grid behavior. This tip is just a workaround that may help some users for now.

ALWAYS have to press manually each time I move the token is very annoying to do so. It's always, sir, when using some kind of tokens. Not to mention that it makes the tokens out of the consistency with the borderlines of the grids.
I do agree that adding an "Hold ALT on Move" toggle would be QoL for some. And, in theory, wouldn't be that difficult to implement. I do know that various QoL is being worked on for the Jumpgate project. So hopefully they've picked up on this and will integrate it into that.
