Valda's Spire of Secrets Addon *not* adding to game

Title. Bought the book/compendium/etc. here on Roll20, go to my game, game addons, select from the drop down one of the eight VSoS options (we'll say Introduction for now, this problem is for all of them), click "Add to Game", the button "grays" out saying "Including in Game" and then...nothing...happens.&nbsp; The screen doesn't refresh, the notification that the addon is being added to the game doesn't flash up, nothing happens.&nbsp; The system looks to lock up.&nbsp; I've tested this with all 8 addons, on both a desktop and mobile browser, used Chrome, Firefox, Floorp (FF derivative) and on all platforms/browsers it's the same problem.&nbsp; I've also added several other Addons not related to VSoS and they've all loaded without issue. Am I missing something here or is this Addon just borked?&nbsp; I also posted this in the Compendium forums. Thanks! Hi Komosatuo! I don't see it in addons, nor in the Compendium. It looks like just a compendium source, but it is unclear. It might be worth contacting the publisher, filing a&nbsp; Help Center Request , or both. If you can't get it resolved, I would suggest seeking a refund.

It's under addons as VSoS and it's also not working for me.

Any update on this issue? Is everyone who purchases this product having this issue? Is the compendium working properly? I really want to purchase this, but it is quite a bit of money if the product is not working properly.

I have made a report, but that will probably just result in Roll20 contacting the publisher. If you are seeking news on resolution, contacting the publisher directly is probably the best course. Or filing a&nbsp; Help Center Request .&nbsp; If I hear anything, I'll post here.

I've also reported it via a Help Center Request.&nbsp; So we'll see I suppose.
