save data from an account / sauvarde des données d'un compte

Bonjour; Je prévois de supprimer mon compte. Mais avant cela j'aurais souhaiter sauvegarder les données du compte, en particulier les feuilles de perso, et les fichiers du journal, eventuellement les marco. Est ce cela est possible, comment ? The specific areas you mentioned are simply (only) able to be saved by Copy-Paste. Open the Macro or Journal you want, select/highlight any text you want, COPY that text. Open a blank text file in your computer, PASTE the text. Save it.  The same, unfortunately your best option for Characters, you'd need to Copy and Paste every stat. Or screenshot the Character sheet using your computer's screenshot ability.  There isn't another built-in, Roll20-supported method for these, mainly because raw Roll20 character sheet code wouldn't be translatable to any other format as-is. However there might be a way to export some sort of XML using Roll20 Mods (API scripts) for a Pro subscriber, but this would be a workaround created by the community, not an officially supported Export.
