I have to open an additional Roll20 tab and log in, but during the game I frequently have problems and have to restart the browser and do this all again.
Hi Nick, I suggest clearing your cookies and cache, see if that helps. Alternately you might try an Incognito (Chrome) or Private (Firefox) tab. If that doesn't work then I think your best bet is to contact the Devs via the Help Center .
