All of the tokens for the NPCs in Phandalin are missing. Toblin Stonehill, Lanine Greywind, Harbin Wester, Halia Thornton ect ect. Not sure why these would have been removed.... can you please put them back?
Hi Vizual, I can confirm that the Important NPCs handout has broken links in it. As for the tokens and NPCs themselves, I don't remember if they existed or not (but that doesn't mean anything). I suggest filing a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center . I will also file a report with the Devs.
