Gateway time-out when option checked - Forum Suggestions & Ideas

Hi, I'm experiencing a data loading saturation issue for the Suggestions & Ideas Forum, giving me the "Gateway time-out" message. The issue occurred because I checked the terrible “Show closed messages without status” option at the top of the forum. In addition to reporting the issue, I have a complementary question : how can I make the site “forget” the fact that I checked this option ? Regards, Alba

Unfortunately the only way to make it forget that I am aware of it clearing cookies/cache. You might try a targeted clearing of cookies/cache for just Roll20.  Reminder, reporting things here is primarily asking fellow users for help. To report to the Devs please file a bug report via the Help Center . 

Thank you ! Clear the cache/cookie to fix the issue. I didn't have the wrong topic, I wanted to ask the players for help first, before asking the developers for help. :) Because I was pretty sure it was a little thing to do.
