I have the same error. It started happening after I decided trying Jumpgate Beta last week, and now I can't access my Library.
I've been having this for months now, and the best I ever get from tech support is "we're aware and/or working on it" or they'll give you a list of potential fixes that end up not working. I've spent money in the store for tokens and cannot edit/organize them using the Token Library. Strangely, using another account allows me to access the library. SMFH.
I'm having the same issues, it seems to stem from having paid tokens markers in your library
